Automatic Residency Classification
Clients can now enter an employee’s country of citizenship, enabling the system to automatically determine residency status. This reduces manual errors, saves time, and ensures compliance with immigration and labor laws.
Smarter Employee Registration Flow
The Employee App now dynamically adapts registration questions based on citizenship and working country. For non-residents, it captures:
- Right-to-work confirmation
- Visa/work permit expiry dates
- Education and prior work history
- Previous visa applications
- Dependent information
This ensures compliant onboarding by gathering mandatory documentation upfront and equipping our Visa team for accurate, efficient processing.
Work Location Field in Employee Profiles
Clients can now specify an employee’s work location type: Remote, Hybrid, or On-site. For Hybrid or On-site roles, the system prompts for the office address, tailored to country-specific legal requirements. In many countries, including EU member states, New Zealand, Chile, and Poland, specifying the work location is a legal requirement.
