Remofirst raised $25m Series A funding to make Employer of Record accessible

I'm excited to share some fantastic news from Remofirst! As announced today in Forbes and TechCrunch, we have successfully secured $25 million in Series A funding, led by Octopus Ventures, with continued support from our existing investors QED, Mouro Capital, and Counterpart Ventures.

I founded Remofirst in 2021 with my co-founder, Volodymyr Fedoriv, and our goal was always clear: simplify international payroll. Today, we stand stronger in our mission, having expanded our services to more than 180 countries, and significantly grown our customer base. Our journey from an idea to a global team working in 20+ countries is a testament to how Freedom of Work can be the key to growth.

The market for new VC investment is one of the toughest in a decade, and we’re proud that Remofirst stood out from the crowd because of our commitment to compliance and our attention to capital efficient operations. We take the responsibility of employing international talent for our clients very seriously, and a part of that responsibility means operating with the future in mind and with a commitment to responsible growth.

We're planning to use this capital to scale up our team with key hires to ensure we continue to provide the high-quality service our clients have come to expect from us. It will also help us add to our existing services, making it even easier to manage a global workforce.
