If your candidate plans to live and work in a country where they don’t already have the legal right to work, they’ll likely need a visa or work permit. If they’re staying in their home country, they won’t need a visa to work there.
It depends on where they’re working. If they’re living and working in another country, they’ll usually need legal authorization to work there, even if their employer is based elsewhere. If they already have the right to work in that country, they won’t need sponsorship. Some countries offer digital nomad visas specifically for remote workers.
In many cases, yes. We’ll review the local sponsorship requirements and, if they’re eligible, guide you and the candidate through the process of becoming a sponsored employee.
Visa decisions are made by local government authorities, so approval can’t be guaranteed. RemoFirst handles the application process and makes sure everything is prepared and submitted correctly, but our visa service is complete once the application has been submitted.

Don't let a visa cost you the right hire.
